At Amoretti, we strive for perfection in every flavor; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and shelf-stable products. Due to food safety regulations, certain perishable or temperature-sensitive items may be subject to specific return restrictions.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship to Amoretti
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
